Candidates for Town Council have been interviewed; responses to interviews have been compiled, and submitted as a press release; Advertiser says they will run it in the week before the election. It will be posted on the SW website.
The interviews showed clear differences between candidates.
We hope voters will review the candidate responses and go vote.

New Business
Volunteers wanted for a potential Solar Mapping project with the Town of Warwick. Riverkeeper has a solar mapping tool, and in the winter it will work with representatives of towns throughout the Hudson Valley to help them apply the tool and figure out what sites are advantageous for large scale solar installations. Interested? SteeringCommittee@sustainablewarwick.org
Pollinator Pathway: Volunteers wanted to participate in a potential Pollinator Pathway project. It’s a good idea to have native plants in our yards, right? What if lots of us, plus our neighbors, all planted natives? Other towns have undertaken this project, with the goal of making a town-wide healthy pollinator pathway for many environmental reasons. Please contact us if you would like to participate. SteeringCommittee@sustainablewarwick.org
We are in the initial stages of planning the Coolest Recycling Drive of 2022, an effort to recycle appliances with refrigerants, like air conditioners and refrigerators. Interested in learning more CleanEnergy@sustainablewarwick.org
